Once you're ready to move forward, we book a same-day round trip: Sky Harbor to LAX runs close to hourly on direct flights, so most Arizona clients aren't burning a whole day on travel the way clients from farther markets are.

On qualifying loan sizes ($500K+), round-trip flight cost is covered and we can arrange ground transfer from LAX directly to appraisal. Appraisal itself runs 30–60 minutes depending on the asset; if you accept the terms, funding follows within 24 hours, and most $500K+ Arizona clients are back home the same evening they flew out.
